Tuning forks offer a safe and 'sound' way to demonstrate energy and vibration of sound for physics and music classes. This set of 8 two-prong forks are made of forged steel metal and include the following frequencies: C 256, D 288, E 320, F 341.3, G 384, A 426.7, B 480, and C 512 Hertz (Hz). Each are chrome/blue plated in plain shank form. Set of 8 come fitted in a velvet-lined case. Each assorted fork measures approximately 6 to 10 inches long.
